I am a new r-pod 180 owner. I will not be using it for the next 6 months. I have covered it with a breathable cover but was wondering should I leave the stabilizers up or down? Thanks!

IMHO, it makes no difference. The frame and tires don't really care. In the fine print it adds four more ground contact points for ants and pests but who's counting. Just be sure to chock the wheels if there's any incline.

We have never used the stabilizers during winter storage. I agree with Charlie, it really doesnt matter.

I put them down, but we do some winter camping and the pod is, essentially, in the back yard, so we're in and out for one reason or another fairly often.  The stabilzers are a good idea in our situation, but if your pod is in dead storage for months it may not matter -- unless it's exposed to potential strong winds.  Then, in my opinion, they're cheap insurance.
