Yesterday I was sweeping and cleaning out the Pod after the weekend trip. I started extended the slide out and the trim piece on the slideout caught the storage area cover on the ottoman. The end result was the brads being pulled through the trim, about a 12 inch section. Not sure why the storage cover moved but I caught it before it did more damage.
My plan is to use some liquid nails or even some strong double sided tape. I then have to try to find some wood filler that matches the 179 Stone interior trim color. Anyone have any better ideas?

Sounds reasonable. I have an additional idea: remove the ottoman cover when the slide is in and throw it on the dinette or bed. Ours did the same thing multiple times and only removing the cover addressed it completely.

Thanks. That's the thing. I had them removed but somehow the storage cover got bound up. It must have shifted during tow. Edit: Perhaps your talking about removing the particle board cover as well. If I can't find out why it bound up, I'll do that.

Yes, I was talking about the particle board cover for the storage area. Sorry for the confusion.

Most every piece of trim, wall board, seam tape, etc. is available and reasonably priced. I just purchased and received a bunch of material for my 2014 178.

Thanks, guys. I got it sorted. No real damage to the trim. The liquid nails seems to be holding it well. I just need to colormatch some wood filler for the brad holes.
Local dealer said that Lowe's carries minwax filler that works for the stone interior. Good to know about the parts availability though.
