Winterizing antifreeze on sale at Wal-Mart $1 a gallon. Normally $3 plus. It was $2 last week so I stocked up then....was tempted to buy more.

Good to know.  At the rate I use rv antifreeze for my pod it takes 8 years to go through 1 gallon.  I use compressed air to blow out my lines, takes less than 1 minute and then use 1 pint for the 3 traps (sink, sink in shower, shower trap).

Make sure it's ethylene glycol based, not alcohol. The alcohol based compounds are cheaper but can attack seals and evaporate faster.

Please make sure it is NOT ethylene glycol based. ethylene glycol is poisonous! Use ethylene glycol products in your tow vehicle's radiator, not your drinking water system.

The one you want is propylene glycol. I'm sure that is what you meant.

Subzilla is right... Picked up four gallons a buck a piece and it was definitely for rv use. Thanks the tip.

Headed there tomorrow. Right now catching up on "Forensics File", they get rid of folks with antifreeze:)

I prefer ethyl alcohol, but not for the pod.
