Just finished a trip from Florida to Ohio had both tires at different times blow out and demolish the fenders. Air pressure was 50psi and had an even load under 3500 lbs. There were only about 3,000 miles on these tires. I am not a happy camper.

What was the date on the tires.

Thus the reason I went with D rated tires, all I can say.

I just did the same. Was going to put the Carlyle tires on but went with the Goodyear instead. D rated and heavy sidewalls with a higher speed rating. Not cheap but should be worth it.
