Mine is a 2017 but it is only a 14 inch rim. Put on Goodyear endurance st205 70 R14.

Our 177 came with 14" rims. As I have previously posted, we put 22,000 miles on them and last year after furpod told me I better replace, I did. The tires were way past expiration date although I think only 50% of the tread was worn off; the tires still appeared great. So we replaced last year and have 3000 miles on our new C rated tires.

Thanks, end of the day my recommendation is - if you're going to travel in speeds of excess or at 60-65 MPH, and with a loaded Pod, do with a D rated tire. Nobody is moving with an empty Pod. Cases of blown tires taking off the fenders off, why risk it for a few hundred bucks. I live on an interstate system, at 55 MPH I am a hazard, hippies in a micro van pass me. Be prepared. Happy Trails.

Hello,
The tires that come with the trailer are rated for 65mph so if folks are going in excess...will explain things.
Whatever tires you get just have to see what they are rated for and you have the axels to handle too. Sometimes being slower isn't a bad thing and if you have the time...why not just enjoy the trip. :)
I am pulling out next weekend with my new r-179 and it'll be 65 mph the whole way! :)
Good luck!
