Has anyone rented out their r-pod and what do you require the renter to have to tow it?

Ask your insurance company, then add on to their requirements.

It would be difficult to try and go it atone on renting your own camper. Try RV Share or Outdoorsy. You can get insurance through them. And a lot of these interesting questions are explained.

Not just tow vehicle safety, but what about brake controllers, waste dumping, linens, bathroom supplies, cleaning supplies, what's included what's not?

If you rented a small camper yourself  for a weekend from an RV dealer, you would get a good idea how it's handled.

I've also been doing some research into renting my toy hauler, and next year I will likely be renting mine out through one of those sites for the "down" times. I'll have blackout dates for my own personal use. A lot of anxiety though about damage. There's always risk, especially when it's on the road.
