Yes.. Remember, it's a house, that goes down the road. Stuff comes loose. Things need to be tightened, straitened, and maintained. Many owners don't seem able to grasp that.

It sounds like you have found a good dealership.. That is better then finding a perfect Pod.. The Pod can be fixed.

shower was screwed down every few inches and resealed, no issues thus far

What kind of screws did they use? I want to put some screws in the shower, but am not sure what to use.
