Toilet valve lube

 Just a splash of RV anti-freeze when storing between trips. I never had problems with the seal actually drying out, so I would probably try the right seal lubricant first so as not to damage it.
How hard is it to replace?

	You might try the spray product recommended for the slide-out seals ..."Slide Out Rubber Seal.
