Well, I feel your pain. I've been told that "browning" is normal in contemporary tires. Normally, this washes off when washing the vehicle tires on a regular basis.

Normally, I'm a big fan of Meguiar's products but, NOT their "Hot Shine" tire coating. Good news - the stuff "never" wears off. The Bad news - the stuff "never" wears off. The "browning" migrates into the coating and is a son of a biscuit to get off! I worked/scrubbed for what seemed like hours trying to get my rubber black again.

I got away from tire shine altogether. However, if I felt inclined, I think I would go back to plain 'ol Armor All and freshen up as needed. Presently, I scrub my tires with "Bleche White" tire cleaner at each wash. The rubber isn't shiny but, looks like new rubber.

Yea, I hate the shiny stuff and I think that's what the previous owner put on my truck tires. It may be what the RV dealer put on the trailer tires. You're right, it never goes away. I normally just like my tires to just look black and not shiny. I, too, use Armor All on everything. It gives just enough of a slight shine but not too, too much.

For years we've just brushed off the tires with soap and water (and I don't use much soap), then I spray on some stuff called "No Touch" tire conditioner. You literally do not touch this stuff after you've sprayed it on. If you get any on the wheels, I wipe it off with a rag. That's it.

It cleans off easy at the next wash, and it is almost zero work.

BOTTOM LINE, what is the best product to clean tires and get them back to normal? I used Meguiar's tire coating, it made them shiny but not a very good cleaner. I just wanted to get the browning off, then I plan to use armor all.?

Sounds like the stock tires on these trailers are garbage? That's a shame for a $15+k trailer! I will have to look at mine tonight

Mine served well for seven years with no problems.  I changed them when they aged out ad they still had plenty of tread and looked good.
