sorry, I should have been more clear in my reply. We use the night lights in the regular wall outlets.
I have not tried to change out the overhead lights but I know several on this forum have done so.

I'm curious, do these overhead lights change out easily?  It seems like they would break with the slightest twist.

Also, which night lights matchup with our overheads?

We have used night lights. They are fairly inexpensive

I replaced all my lights with dimmable LED units.
You can buy single or double units and they easily replace your existing bright lights.
I think it was Camping World but you google dimmable LED lights for RV's.

Happy Camping.

Hi all,
I have a 2017.5 179 with a light issue.
Has anyone coated the inside of the cover of the overhead lights and in order to lessen the intensity?
I find the lights painfully bright at night.  If so, what did you use?  I'm thinking maybe a neutral opaque color of some sort. I'm just interested in what others have done.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated..
Thanks
Steve
