have some sticky leaf goo on roof of rdome.  would light solution of dish soap do the trick without damaging the fabric?

That is what we used when we set up under a sappy tree a few years ago. I just set the dome up in the yard, we store at home, and wet it down with the hose, made up a weak solution of dawn and water, used a long handled RV brush to lightly scrub, rinsed, let dry.
