If yours has a glass turntable, then yes, it should have a rack..
The rack should have short legs on one side for baking, and longer legs on the other for broiling/grilling. Also.. ours had the basic instructions printed on the edge of the door when you opened it.

Your controls may be slightly different, but here is a basic video from a few years ago..

We bought a used RPod 179.  (2015). I would like to learn how to use the convection oven but no manuals came with the unit. (Not even an owner's manual for the RPod, itself). I will try to get an owner's manual through High Pointe but are the ovens suppose to have a rack?  Everything I read on convection oven cooking says your food needs to be on a rack.  We only have the glass that turns, no rack.  Thank you!
