Thanks! Our GMC did alright, but apparently recognized the RPOD was there, as our consistent 23mpg fuel consumption dropped to a consistent 15mpg. (We can live with that but we were hoping for better?) 😉👆

15 mpg is actually pretty good for a gasoline TV.

Welcome aboard!

We are still waiting for our 189 R-pod. Was supposed to be here last week. Now dealer is telling me mid july. I half suspect he sold ours to someone else for a premium and is making us wait for the next one he gets. Not very happy but I don't see what I can do about it.  I don't imagine I'd get my 500$ deposit back.

Very nice!  Where are you headed to?  We're into more the natural side of campground selection but will do private campgrounds.  We're trying to hit all of the NC State Parks and have been to a few since buying last year.  Morrow Mtn is close and nice but is crowded in summer (as is Crowder's and South Mtn.)  Did Merchant's Millpond last year but that was about a 4 to 5 hour drive in NE NC.  We loved that one.  Plan to do Raven Rock and Cliffs of Neuse or New River next.  All of these have elec/water hookups and CG dump station.  If you're new do RVing, you may want to practice the dumping part at a private campground site with its own connection.  We also love OBX so we stayed there last fall at Ocean Waves CG.  Small, right on the beach, but some of the sites could be tight.  Lots of campgrounds in the state....been using "Park Advisor" app and "RVParky" app for help.    Heading to Florida in a week!!!!  Staying at Anastasia SP right a St. Augustine.

We're still in the working for a living mode but only for about 4 more years!  BTW, are you related to Cindy Abercrombie Agnew?
