We are new to this forum, we picked up our Rpod in February and have been out 4 times now. It is a great little unit that we tow with a 02 jeep 4x4 v/6 with no problems. After many years of tent camping it is a step up and quite comfortable.

Welcome!  Glad to hear you enjoy it.  No comparison between a sleeping pad and a 'pod (although I love to backpack, go figure).  I see you posted a question about the DVD player, hopefully someone will have an answer.

Welcome barbanjoe to the world of Pods.  Don't you just love the warm, dry sleeping conditions you have in the pod?  We could never go back to a tent or pop-up.  Many happy and safe travels.

Welcome! We love our pod. I still love to get out and do some bushcrafting, but it's always nice to come back from the woods to a warm, dry place with a good bed and a shower.

We look forward to hearing about all of your adventures.

Hi my wife and I just bought our R Pod a 173 T,   we were sail boaters for the last 20 years and tent campers before that.  Will be towing with a 2010 Ford Explorer V 6  rated to tow 5300 lbs. with the factory tow package. Look forward to see many of you on the road.
