Domestic a/c problems AND toilet leaks!

   We have a 2017 Rpod 179 and are having some issues. The domestic a/c unit hums when turned in but the fan do any blow. Anyone have any ideas about could be the problem. Also, the water supply line into the back of the toilet came loose and reattached it but it’s now leaking. Do we need a special  tool or need to replace the whole thing?
