Onion Biscuits

1 ½ cups biscuit mix
1/2 cup milk
3 Tbsp dry onion soup mix
1/4 cup butter or margarine

Mix biscuit mix with milk and 2 Tbsp of dry onion soup mix, blending well with a fork. Melt butter or margarine and add remaining 1 Tbsp dry onion soup mix. Drop biscuit mix by spoonfuls into lightly greased Dutch oven and top with butter-soup mixture. Place lid on oven, cover with hot coals and bake for about 10 minutes. Remove lid, turn each biscuit, cover and continue baking for about 10 minutes more.
