A new pod may be "problem free".. it may not be..

Something that to one owner might be "gee I should grab a screwdriver and tighten that"

Can be "OMFG THE WORLD IS ENDING AND PODS SUCK" to another owner.

Camper ownership, regardless of brand, will mean maintenance, and care of the camper needs to be done. EVERY owners experience is different. Everyone uses, and cares for their camper differently.

I note most owners enjoy the journey...

We have owned a 179 for 2 years and have had some minor problems; poor workmanship on back kitchen window but was easily fixed.  Some loose molding that is easily fixed.  We went to an RV show yesterday and decided we made the right choice for us. We have a local Pod dealer (~ 50 mi away) but I wouldn't trust them to fix my dog house.  I found a very good repair shop locally that has done some minor work well (12V plug, voltmeter with on/off toggle) primarily because I'm just not handy. We have been very happy with our decision.
