We got good results from a speciality fiberglass reconditioner that we got from West Marine.  they specialize in fiberglass boats and have a lot of experience in maintaining fiberglass and sun damage.  I don't remember the exact name, but they had several and the sales people were knowledgable.

A mild rubbing compound followed by a good waxing is what I would suggest. Use a buff wheel. The decals may be hard to save, some remove them. Don't be too aggressive. In future keep it waxed.

I did a simple Google search on “ how to remove sun fade on fiberglass RV” It brought up a youtube video for a product called Wade Maid. Basically he is demonstrating a product that removes the oxidation caused by exposure to the sun and weather.  After watching it, I find myself wondering if automotive rubbing compound would serve the same purpose followed by a good coat of UV protective wax. I am not an expert. Check out WadeMaid.com. Ask at an automotive/paint specialty supply store. For what it’s worth...let us know what you find out.

Any suggestions on how to restore the outside fiberglass shell (?)  color of an R-Pod?

I have a 2014 RP178 that is covered "most" of the time. But when it's not, the front of the Pod faces west directly into the intense Southern Oregon sun. The front color & logo has faded considerably. (2014 color scheme is a light cream/yellowish)

The Pod is cleaned regularly, but color/glossiness has not improved. Side fiberglass is fine.
