Got a toilet not holding water in the bowl and it seems easy enough to replace the seal....if it's a Dometic. Anyone know what we have in our Pods?   Model number?   I've read some tricks to restore the seal....may try them.

Do you have any idea/suspicion why the seal has failed?? They seem to be as nearly bulletproof as anything on an r-pod.

The toilet in my r-pod is a Thetford...

Aqua Magic V apparently is the fancy model number.
r・pod 171 gone but not forgotten!

Mine's a Thetford too.  I think there is probably a data plate or some kind of identifcation on it (yours; everyone's) on the back or somewhere, and I imagine, but am not sure, that most of those o'rings are probably the same.  Almost certainly available on Amazon or a any RV parts store.

I think the hard water may have left some crud on it plus stupid me let the bowl dry a few times this past winter.  I'll check for some id on it but it sounds like everyone has a Thetford.  I know the seals are plentiful on the web.
