The heater works on 12 volts DC.  Should work anytime the propane is turned on and a charged battery.

Ok but won’t work just plugged into a 110 with propane and battery turned off?

No, but if you have 110 a better option might be a small electric heater anyway.  You're probably paying for the electricity whether you use it or not and an electric heater is a lot quieter than the rpod furnace.

We use a Vornado.  It's a heater and a fan.  Keeps us toasty.

agreed-if you are plugged in, use a small electric cube heater.  they are available at all of the home improvement and big box stores for under $30.  Make sure thaey have a tip-proof shut off and a thermostat of some type. The tip proof will automatically turn it off if it is turned over.  The thermostat will help regulate the heat-turning it on and off as needed for a set point.  Usually the set points are not temperatures, but 1-2-3, etc. After working with it, you will know what number is best depending on exterior temp.
