As some of you know, I bought a 2020  R-Pod 195. I got it last june, and camped a dozen times over the summer. I had complained about the height of the camper, mostly the lack of height, especially the black tank drain tube. It was a mere 4 1/2 inches from the ground. I brought the camper to a dealer in October for some warranty claims, and to get a few big items resolved. Big item 1 was the height. I had several back and forth discussions with them and they finally agreed to have the dealer look at it. The dealer was able to lift the tube about an inch higher, but I still wasn't happy. Long story short, I finally got them to agree to lift it. So now I have plenty of clearance. Big issue 2 was one of the electric awning arms was sticking when open and closed. It required me to push on the bottom to fully close it. It stuck out about an inch when closed without pushing it. Dometic (the maker) refused to replace it, saying they believe it was bent. It had been that way since day 1, only it was getting a little worse with time. Forest River stepped up and replaced the arm. They also took care or a few other smaller issue and got my camper to a great condition. I just wanted to share this story to help counter same of the bad stories we hear. Thank You Forest River.
