Refrigerator in 2014 Rpod 178 is only running on 12 volt. The unit was working fine and a rainstorm caused a ground fault to kick and since then it will only run on 12 volt power. You can’t turn it off or change any settings on the board. I am thinking the eyebrow control board is fried. Any thoughts?

Chances are, you are correct, yet with all thing electronic I do a re-start first. You just never know. Remove power (fuse or battery) and let it sit for a few minutes with no power (let all the capacitors drain down) and power up.

I disconnected it from power last night and will give it a go this morning. Thanks for the tip.

When you say ground fault are you referring to the one behind the refrigerator accessible from the outdoor access panel?  If that is not the one you might want to check the 110 electrical connection behind the refrigerator (I think mine has a ground fault connector).  Also might to check the breakers in the WFCO breaker box.

Doing the disconnect didn’t help. I will try and find a board.

Good luck on finding that circuit board at a realistic price, they are crazy expensive.

Try the simple thing first. Plug something else into the outlet behind the refrigerator (or use a multimeter) to verify that the outlet is getting power. Is the GFI outlet properly reset? Don't spend a ton of money until you rule out power problems.

I plugged the refrigerator into a separate outlet not on the trailer by way of extension cord and it does the same thing. You can’t turn it off or change any settings with the panel.

Pull the board and find the number stamped on it. Sometimes you get lucky and the actual manufacture is written there as well. Google that number and you should be able to find it (probably China) and order one.
