Started a couple days ago. As I respond to a post I get an error of it not going through (after a time out). When I refresh the screen, as did happen.. Wierd.

Not happening elsewhere, just here. Been happening since Wednesday..

The server hosting the site is probably underpowered. The software is also somewhat ancient by modern standards (see the 2009 copyright down below). It's actually somewhat amazing that it's running at all. Don't forget it's free, with no adware.

Seems to be the same as always.  That is, it takes much longer than other sites for the reply to go through.

  The r-pod owners forum may not be the fastest but thankfully it's free with no advertising. The only thing if one wishes to and it's voluntarily is a donation to a Girls Softball organization. Smile

Probably a reboot of the server. I have a nice quad core Phenom processor, motherboard, and memory that I would not mind contributing to the operation of the site.

I have a couple of very simple web sites running on a Raspberry Pi. I think the Raspberry Pi plus the "case", power supply and OS SD card came to about $55. It doesn't take much.

I run a simple web site on my computer to self-host the images I post here. I did not want to upload to a photo hosting site and give up all my rights to the photos to the hosting company.
