While camping this weekend we noticed a flashing light underneath the sink in our 190, upon investigating we found this:

It was flashing one green followed by three red which indicates low power/battery.  Since we were camping I did not want to try a lot of troubleshooting.  I did remove it from shore power and tried plugging it into the AC plug, both did nothing for the fault lights.  I checked our battery level in the bathroom and we had full lights.  My wife thought she noticed that the slide was slower moving out when we setup camp, we were able to successfully get the slide in at the end of camp.

When we got home and plugged in to the house the fault was gone, we should have check before connecting to house power but forgot.

Didn't have a multimeter so I couldn't check voltages.

Anybody have issues with their slide controller?

Thanks

Bob

Your symptoms sound like a loose connection. Make sure all the connectors are solid at both ends going to the slide controller. It might be the spade/lug at either end or possibly the crimp on one or more of those.

Wow, just saw your post.  Question for you:  We just bought a few months ago a RPOD 190.  We have been looking for the slide out controller you found.  You said it is under the sink.  Can you tell us is if it is directly under the sink as it looks like you had to take some seperation out.  Any direction you can give us wold be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks

Teddy here are some pictures of where the slide controller is located on a 190.  We had an accident with the false panel under the fridge so it is no longer in our 190.

Hope this helps.
