OK, rolled up the sleeves and replaced the power converter unit.
It now works as it should! Keeping fingers crossed.....
It wasn't that bad, just a pain in such a confined space, especially rewiring the breakers.
Feel free to message me if you have to change out a 8735. Have a few tips.....
Thanks for the help and steering me in the right direction! You guys are awesomeWink

Absolutely check the simple things first. Are you absolutely sure the outlet into which the trailer is plugged is working? Have you tested it with something else if possible?
Please do the troubleshooting by following the flow chart I linked. If the converter has failed, it does look like the whole unit wold need to be replaced, but it would not be that hard. It would simply be a matter of transferring wiring and fuses from the old unit to the new unit, preferably taking pictures and then (if possible) transferring one at a time. You would need to transfer the breakers also.

Did you confirm the fuses are good? Pull them and check with a meter, sometimes they look good but aren’t. Also confirm you’re getting power to the converter and your breakers aren’t tripped and AC in the trailer works.

Its a WFCO 8735 P.
Looks like I have to replace the entire unit?

That's a lot of rewiring!

Sounds like it may be the WFCO 87xx seriesif it has the fan in the front. I don't think the converter section in that one is replaceable. If it fails troubleshooting, you would probably need to order one from Amazon since it is over 2 years old and out of warranty.

Thanks Bro!
I will post the model # tomorrow. It seems integrated into the control panel with the fan in front. It does not live underneath like some videos I have seen. Pod is just over 2 years of course.
Will troubleshoot and report.

Please let us know the model of the power center (e.g. WFCO 8955). This troubleshooting chart is for the 8900 series. The principles apply to more than one model.

How old is this? If it is under 2 years old, the converter is still under warranty from WFCO. Follow the troubleshooting steps and then if the converter is bad, contact WFCO. Replacement is simple. This is a video of a novice replacing the MBA.

Hello Friends,

I have a 2018 180.
Up until now it has been absolutely trouble free.
With shore power plugged in at home, my batteries (2 12v) went dead.
I unplugged the batteries and with shore power, none of my 12v items worked.
I am assuming the power converter. Anyone know of any video or instructional links to the replacement process? (for my model in particular) I did see one that had a different configuration at the control panel.
Could it be anything different, or am I on the right track.

Any info greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Jerome
