I recently moved and apparently I gave my poles away to my R-Dome. I have no idea why I separated them from the tent but I did. Now I’m trying to get new poles and can’t find them without going through Forest River or a dealer. In my research I found out that the 4 poles are half the price of the dome. That‘s just wrong, they’re tent stakes for Pete sake! I was wondering if anyone has any extra poles or if someone has any suggestions for replacement poles.

I'll dig a bit, but I did find a couple sources. Google tent poles and drive from there. I do remember that's where I started.
As you add rPod to the search two sources should come up (well, thousands will, but two that mean something). Hopefully I have it saved...

I need help regarding measurements for pole replacements.
Flexible pole - diameter?     Length?   Aluminum or fiberglass?
Roof pole - diameter?    Length?   What are the ends called?

I no longer have mine so can't answer most of this. Getting the roof stays (trailer to bow front) connections may be difficult, but with some research they must be typical. You can try calling/writing FR and asking them for some spec's, parts..

I went on the site I mentioned and see they changed a bit. I wrote them and told them what trailer I had and what I thought I required. They actually changed the amount of section and overall length. Call/write them and talk with them. They were very good with info.

On one of my first outings last year (I had just bought the rpod) I broke one of those "roof support" poles. I researched everything I could think of and finally went to the company OldDawgs suggested. One pole was about $125 with shipping but it was the only was to save the RDome (which I love). I found no other solution and I'm pretty tenacious. If you do, please share!
