We lowered the table in our 180 to accommodate our nephew traveling with us. Are there any secrets for raising it? Seems to me that the black folding support should line up with the support on the front, not have an angle to it. Any help would be appreciated.

I recall the first time I tried to raise my table, I found it confussing. I think you need to pull out the little slide plunger under neath the table, and then pull straight out, not up. It works on a hinge that won't let it go straight up. It's been awhile since I have done it (I sold it), but I think this is correct.

Yes, it rotates around the center pivot point. On ours, I had to pull the pin, then pull it toward the end with the pin and then it would start pivoting up until it locked at the top. I changed ours out for two pillars (see my mods for details) and am much happier with that arrangement.

It's like expanding a parallelogram. You have to pull the top of the table away from the wall while raising it. The release catch is angled on the end so the arm can slide past it. Did that make sense? You don't have to pull the release knob to raise the table, just to lower it. |

Thanks. I had not used mine in a while so I forgot that it was only to lower that pulling the catch was needed.

We don't use our table at all. It's heavy and awkward. We found a table similar to a TV tray but bigger.
