We had an awesome time boondocking for the first time in our Rood. We were pretty shocked just how good of a camp site we got and how we had our pick of about 8 great sites when every campground in the area was full. Anyways, the one thing we were missing was a good outdoor table. We are looking at a 6’ folding table with unattached benches from Lifetime. I’d like a one piece fold up picnic table but it seems like they are more fragile and if one thing goes wrong the whole thing is useless. I have a small pickup as a tv, so space isn’t too much of an issue. What do you all use? Recommendations or things to avoid?

I bought my 6' folding table at Lowe's. Folds in half and has suitcase handle for carrying.

A lot depends on what you actually need. The folding one that you specify sounds like a good one. We have a fold-up picnic table that we bought while we were in Germany that still is holding up even though it is mostly plastic. It came with its own umbrella also and unfolds into a card-table size with four attached seats that collapse into the top. Then the top folds in half and locks together with latches on either side of the handle. It is best for level, smooth ground though. It is very similar to this one except ours is blue:  https://www.ebay.com/itm/Foldable-Picnic-Table-With-Umbrella-Aluminum-Frame-Green-200-Pound-Capacity-New/303661699319?_trkparms=aid%3D1110006%26algo%3DHOMESPLICE.SIM%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D225086%26meid%3Dcd2d4d0223774aa19a408026850b3a93%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D5%26rkt%3D12%26mehot%3Dpf%26sd%3D233603816621%26itm%3D303661699319%26pmt%3D1%26noa%3D0%26pg%3D2047675%26algv%3DSimplAMLv5PairwiseWebWithBBEV2bDemotion&_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851

If I were to purchase another, I would probably go with one like this since it is mostly aluminum, but I would want to find it at a much better price:

Edit: I looked a little more and this one doesn't look bad:

If you don't like plastic or aluminum, this one would be nice:

Or this one which has separate seats which might work even better:
