We have one. I only use it for grey. So we just put it right inside the door for now.
I’ve been thinking about making a mount for carrying it underneath the pod like the tire deal.

We call those 'blue boys' in the boondocking biz, and you can buy them with wheels and a trailer hitch coupler to drag it to the dump station with your SUV, and depending on your type of SUV, maybe you could carry the blue boy on the roof rack when it's empty.

You can't dump gray water on the ground at any developed campground. It's contaminated.

Two of us, daily "Navy" showers. As we nearly always boondock anyway we conserve. At least a week to "relocate" the 30 gallons from the fresh to the gray tank.  Black tank is negligible.

Not actually breaking camp (not putting away the pop up tent, chairs, and grill), just retracting the slide and stabilizers, hitching up to go to the dump station would be a 5 minute operation if we ever had to do it.

Two of us. Both taking showers nightly. Washing dishes and not conserving...

If wife washes long hair, I empty grey water every third day. Otherwise, every fourth. Two nested 5 gallon buckets with lids - cheap and easy. In seven years black tank has never been an issue.

If I had five taking showers, I would charge admission and call for honey wagon.

What are you going to tote? 30 gallons of tootie tote (black tank) is a lot of toot to tote. A couple of 5 gallon buckets will easily handle gray water issues.

I really don't have a feel for how many gallons of toot I'll have to tote. Sometimes we stay a week which I suspect will need the tanks drained.  I really don't want to move the camper just to dump the tanks.

I've been getting the sense that camp grounds, esp those in national parks are watching  more closely and restricting what campers are doing with gray water..

Fred soon to be a 179'r.

Could be. While we have had campers for over 3 decades, this 179 will be the first with waste water holding tanks. We just did a shared trip with our daughter and her family. The five of us using the shower in their camper was enough for our son in law to take the tote tank to the dump station daily.

+1. 30 gallons is a lot. When you leave just go to the dump station, the rPod is its own tote.

You should go camping a time or two. Bet you find you don't need it.

We have an SUV so that won't work.
The tote tank is https://www.amazon.com/BARKER-27844-Gallon-Portable-Holding/dp/B00RZY1JHW?pf_rd_r=XV7MV6ZFDYD34W3HJ618&pf_rd_p=3fdb7f7b-31a2-4f37-b9bc-1469e3d4fb18&pd_rd_r=9472ec15-4d61-41c7-ac5c-2712b1a833ef&pd_rd_w=jttgh&pd_rd_wg=bflTk&ref_=pd_gw_ci_mcx_mr_hp_d
