So...FR R-Pod warranty person says that window seals should be checked every 2-3 months.

Reasonable?  Our back window leaked the first time it rained (7 months after purchase...been a bit dry out here in Colorado).  Every 2-3 months?  C'mon man.  What am I supposed to do?  Take the R-Pod to a car wash and blast the windows to see if they leak?

Does not sound very reasonable.  Our 177 is 10 years old, seals still look great although 1x/year I do hit them with McGuiar's Ultimate Wax (black bottle).  No cracking or fading, no leaks . . . yet.  Being in Michigan probably helps, although we get a lot of rain, but don't have the intensity of the sun as you get in Colorado.  Our seals get looked over once a year, that is enough in my book.

+1 with Jato
Our pod is 10 1/2 years old never had a leak, even on the spoiler, but then I built my own spoiler wish needed 5 holes instead 20 holes on the factory spoiler.

Yeah, well I think that they're going to deny the warranty claim due to this ridiculous assertion.  That will leave a rather bad taste in my mouth.

UPDATE:  FR warranty rep attached an "Owner's Manual" that stipulates that seals need to be checked every 6 months.  I'm still not sure how to evaluate the quality of window seals if there are no obvious problems upon visual inspection and it never rains!!
