spare tire mount

   I bought a 2015 178 model and the guy moved the spare tire to the tongue.  I am moving the tire back to the rear hitch, but the bolts (2) on the spare hitch head dont fit the spare tire 5 hole pattern.  I'm wondering if i am missing a piece to be able to use both bolts to secure the tire to the mount.  Any thoughts?

	They don't fit. This is how they do. The top stud goes through one of the lug nut openings. There should be a flat bar that goes over the second stud and goes to hold the tire.
