We have just landed our Toyota Tacoma truck and pick up the new R-pod 192 in a few weeks. We are wondering about back-up cameras for the R-pod 192.  Does anyone have recommendations for a good but inexpensive model?  We are in Toronto Canada. Thanks for any assistance/advice.

Not to be funny, but the best backup "camera" is simple hand signals thru the side mirror .  I rarely if ever back up the trailer single handedly.  I have two systems I bought over the last few years and both work off of a cell phone.  They are a bit slow, and by the time everything is hooked up and functioning, the driver and passenger could have had the same end result, with the rig all parked and happy.  Your experience may vary.   Some of the most entertaining scenes I have watched have been observing folks back a rig into a parking spot.  I am not sure a camera would have helped.  I have tried to help folks back a trailer by standing by the open drivers window, and they never turn the wheel the way I tell them to.

So pick a system and practice, practice, practice.  They all work.

We bought a Furrion Vision s 4.3 wireless back up camera. Very easy install as our camper was pre-wired for it.
Love it!! It also has sound so my wife can talk to me as well. I think it was $400.00

Hand signals might be great, but not everyone travels with someone else to help them.

I had my dealer install a Furrion Vision S, too. Other than the screen being a little small, it works great for me. Works as an observation camera too while drive.

I really like being about to see behind while driving. Let's you see how close vehicle are following or when it is clear to pull in after passing a vehicle.
