I had the front end on mine do something similar not as drastic.
Here is a link to what I did to repair: It was not a perfect repair but with outriggers added everything seems to be holding up. There is no doubt there are some serious design flaws with the rPOD front end.....rough roads don't help.

I own a 2015 rpod 178. I follow a California couple on YouTube who have a 2015 rpod 177. They recently reported that the one-piece fiberglass that extends from the front to the back of the trailer had separated from the sides at the bottom front. They reported that 22 other rpodders had reported the same thing happening to their trailers. Here is the video
