Also - look up Moonroof . It has available suction as well as magnetic so one could use it on about any vehicle. Here in Idaho one does not go ofF and leave any sort of awing unattended -- the wind gremlins are hard to see at a distance.

I'm traveling so sewing the keder strip isn't possible. I'm using heavy duty suction cups, adjustable poles and a "sail shade" all from Amazon for about &75. It's working really well. Maybe this link will show it off:

the keder tape will slide in the channel. However, sometimes the screws holding the channel in place have not be tightened properly and the heads will protrude, causing some resistance. Once you tighten the screws, it will slide easier. I have also used a dry spray lube that helps. Overall, it is still a great system and we are happy with the results. safe travels Vann
