What we did 5 years ago was to replace the wimpy foam on the seats. Went to an upholstery shop and purchased a real dense foam resulting in a 100% improvement in comfort.

You can order pretty much any piece of foam you need from this place: https://www.thefoamfactory.com/
Well, I don't know about those odd rounded corner cushions but I suppose there's a way to build them up by gluing a stack of cushions and carefully shaping the stack.

An easy way to make new cushions is to sandwich the foam between a piece of plywood and the fabric you want to use and then, with a staple gun, attach the fabric to the plywood on what will become the underside of the cushion. If you wrap it neatly like a gift it comes out great (a little practice helps). I even think with several folds you could make it rounded. When I did ti9s on my 172 it had the added advantage of being removable for washing.

When we were in Dayton, NV, we had a sewing shop and regularly made new cushions for travel trailers and such. Anyone who is skilled at sewing can make them. Just take the old cushions to a place that sells foam rubber and get them to cut you new foam. Foam comes in different densities, so be sure to use the sit on it test at the foam store to see what your backside likes. Then, contact a local sewing shop to arrange for them to make the covers. They'll tell you how much fabric you need and what zippers to get. If you live near Quaker Hill, CT, pm me and we'll see what we can arrange.
