Check your local Lowe's or Home Depot. They should have them. As to whether they would hold up any better, that is the problem with plastics.

Although we have not encountered this issue with our 2011 177 I would recommend going to a total metal rail system, replacing the chintzy plastic you currently have. We did this on our bedroom furniture drawers, as they wimped out on us and fell apart. The metal rails and end pieces were a huge upgrade and have performed quite well. Agree with StephenH above as to where to find these parts: Home Depot or Lowe's.
