Hi r-poddites,
I'm new to RV'ing and to this form, so apologies for redundant or obvious questions.  But I decided to flush out my black tank after a camping trip this past week.  I hooked up my water hose to the flush connection and started running water through.  After a minute or two, I started noticing water dripping (then pouring) from the bottom of the RV and from the bottom seams just behind the RV wheels on both sides.  I am attempting to include a photo with the areas circled where the water was coming from.
I initially had the black tank drain valve closed but opened it when I noticed water coming out of the trailer seams.  There was no water inside the RV.  Anyone got any suggestions?  Is this normal?

It is possible that the air break/check valve fittings were not adequately tightened or that it was installed incorrectly. Check that. Also, be very careful using the black tank flush with the valve shut. You really don't want a brown fountain coming out of the top of your RPod.

Sometime starting with the easiest thinks to fix is best.  I would start with the hose connector on the
outside of the trailer.  Remove the 3 or 4 screws and check that connection.  My 190 wasn't connected on the fresh water tank filler.
