New member email problems last 5+ months

   There's been a problem with outgoing emails from the forum, for months.  This has been fixed and new member requests from the last 5+ months have been approved.  This means 2 things.
1) Any new member requests from more than 5 months ago may need to be resubmitted.

2) Spammer activity may pick up for a while.  Please use the "report post" feature if you see any new spam.
