Welcome to the group and congratulations!  Smile

For storage, I like the Rubbermaid tubs with locking lids.  They come in various sizes.

Congratulations and welcome!! We also use laundry baskets under the bed for sheets, towels, etc. Two baskets fit perfectly. A Pod teaches you to pack frugally and efficently, but the people here are very inventive.Smile

Wecome to the wonderful world of R-PODding.
We use storage tubs under the bed and under the front bench for our clothes, all are the same size. I get 2 while Mama gets 4 of them, doesn't seem fair. 4 will fit under the bed.
Never put up a clothes bar over the bed, but after thinking on it for a few minutes I am going to try to use the one in the bath over the bed.    Thanks for the idea.  Wink

Hi Everyone!  I just closed the deal on a new 177.  After considering a wholesaler I ended up working with a local dealer.  The cost was a little higher but I think it will be worth it as the R-Pod was fully loaded, including the NEW E-Z up R-dome.  I understand there have been many issues with the previous dome due to a too-small track.

My hubbie's not much of a camper, and I love to camp with my sister, brother, grandkids, etc.  So I went from a pop-up which I towed and put up by MYSELF, to a fifth wheel (which my husband didn't like me to tow by myself) to the R-Pod.  I wanted something I could tow by myself, but wasn't as much work to put up as a pop-up.

So does anyone have any advice?
1)  Especially in regard to storage - because what was in the 5th wheel is NOT going to fit in the R-Pod!  I liked the idea I saw in another forum of sliding laundry baskets under the bed.
2) Has anyone hung a rod over the foot of the bed (and if so, how?)

Thanks.  I am very excited to belong to this group of enthusiastic R-Podders!
