Barb and I are off today for our first trip with the LunaPod. A short trip to Cuttys at Coaldale. Its a quick 35 mile drive, although snow is predicted for tomorrow night and Wed. we have been waiting too long as it is. We are use to snow and cold in the high country and since its not suppose to be extreme the LunaPod should be quite comfortable.

The 'pod has lots of extra insulation, twice what you usually find on a hard-sided camper, so you'll stay warm!  Have fun.

The maiden voyage went well, Barb and I set up at Cuttys and found setup much easier with LunaPod than our old Airstream. There were a couple of issues, both the bathroom and kitchen sinks drains leaked and the screws in the hinges on the cabinet under the sink were stripped. We did have cool nights and woke up to snow on Wed. Overall we were very pleased with the LunaPod and happy with the convenience of the appliances compared to our old Airstream. True that the quality of construction is not as good as the Airstream, we are still much happier with the LunaPod conveniences. The insulation was comparable to the Airstream and the furnace warmed it up nicely.

We took it back to the dealer Thurs. Ketelson RV in Denver and they fixed the drains and hinge, promptly and were very courteous.

Thanks for the picture/post.  I would love to make it back out to the Rockys this year.
