Check the valves on the other end. The two going into the heater should be parallel to the tubing, the one in the middle should be perpendicular. That will prevent hot and cold mixing on the way to your faucets.

I have only LP turned on because there is no service in my campsite. I just check directly with the valve pressure relief and the water is very hot

Hi Hugozork,
Glad to hear you got to your campsite okay. We hope you are having some good weather. It is raining a bit, and  cold and windy here in Edmonton.
Our hot water too gets very hot so something is not right. It does not seem to take very long to heat up either.

Is not very hot i don't understand why. I've follow the tips from the dealer like fill up the tank prior to start the wAter heater
Do you have both the LP and electric turned on? This helps a lot on the recovery (or startup) time. The only other thing I can think of is how long it's been on and if you have LP in your tank. I don't know if there is a temperature setting, although I'd imagine there would be. If you have the time, you might want to try it with just electric, then turn it off and run out all the hot, then try it with just the LP. That would let you know if both were working. Last I tried a shower it got hot enough to scald meCensored.
