What do you do when you're dry camping and want to bake some muffins? When there's no electricity for the microwave/convection oven, what do you do?
This morning, I turned to my favourite cooking appliance: I watched the temperature gauge on the BBQ and (tried) to keep it around 375. Eighteen minutes later, they were done! |

Good idea. I like that little grill, just enough. A friend of mine has a backpacking oven, he's been known to make pizza of all things, on the trail.
