Maybe a small bit of velcro inside the cover?

Yes, our cover fell down all the time too. Tom was saying something about a small tab of duct tape on the new one.

Oooo, small wedge out of cardboard. How simple and I bet it will work. Yeah, it's one of those parts that seems pretty insignificant until you have to replace it then it's $$$$$$$ I bet.

Cane2 & Snowbound.......Shhhhhh
Dixie let's me take all the credit as long I keep her well supplied in "cookies" and cheddar cheese chunks. Chuck....I have had the same issue with the WFCO cover on the Pod and Coleman (they are the same converters). It bugs me too, but not enough to do anything about it yet. I may just make a small wedge out of thin cardboard and see if that helps. If I'm not bumping it open, Dixie is and I'm afraid it will get broken one of these days.

You mentioned replacing the cover to the fuse panel right? All I have to do is tap mine with my calf and it pops open. It's getting a little distracting.

Mystery solved. The noise WAS caused by the brakes engaging and disengaging. It took the service man about 1 minute to determine this. He said it was perfectly normal and checked out the settings on the brake control readout as well and was nice enough to explain to this unmechanical woman how the magnets on the brakes worked. Magnets! Who knew?
He also set up a new hitch Tom had bought on the weekend, lowering the front end of the pod when we tow it and ordered a new face plate for the pod's electrical box. We had trouble with the old one coming down all the time as it is located under the front settee and when we took a closer look, one plastic hinge pin was broken off.. So no charge for anything and our concerns are gone.

Hi David and Doug,
I just made an apointment to take in the Pod and Durango on the 21st. to get to the bottom of that weird noise. We will let you know the outcome. Thank you so much for your help though.
I'll have to wait until Tom is home to find out what brand the controller is on the Caravan. It's at work with him.
