We just got home from our first trip in a year.  Had a blast!  We just adopted two little boys, and it was their first camping trip.  We are still exhausted!

While getting ready to go, I noticed a lot of our decals are peeling off.  I know I have seen others with this problem as well.  Anything we can do to fix it?  Or stop it from getting worse?  I hate to lose the decals as they give the pod some of it's charm!

Welcome to the forum.  I know there have been discussions on the decals.  You might try the search feature and see what comes up.  Otherwise contact your dealer or Forest River to see what they might be able to do.

I had the decals on the curved roof of our RP-171 replaced under warranty last year.  Unfortunately, the new decals now seem to be peeling a little bit again.

Our R-POD's warranty is now over, so we're now on our own.  So far, there have just been a few little 3/8" tabs pop up and I've been trimming them off with an x-acto knife.  If it gets worse, I'll be removing the offending decals altogether.

Welcome to the fun!!! As Outbound and pmjensen said, the decals should be covered under warranty.

Thanks for the welcome!  I was an active member on the other forum for a few years, and then I stumbled across this one a few weeks ago!

We have had our pod for 2 years now, so we don't have the warranty anymore unfortunately.  I guess I will try to ignore them until they get bad enough for me to pull off.  Maybe I will have it wrapped.....

Here is one discussion on the decals:  http://www.rpod-owners.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=1494&KW=decal&PN=1&title=peeling-decals

It always seems to be a problem with the decals on the curved surfaces.  My personal theory is its from ice sliding down from the roof.
