The Oxygenics showerhead has a rotating knob on the hose that will let you turn the water off while you soap up so you won't run out of hot water before you have rinsed off.

Which Oxygenics showerhead do you recommend?  Googling shows about 5-6 different low-flow models.

Is there a difference between the RV model and the one that I bought from Amazon.com? Other than one is from Camping World and the other is from Amazon?

It's the same showerhead.  I got the white one - it was cheaper.  It was the BEST thing I bought for the Pod.

I got my new Oxygenics Spa shower head and installed it last night. I think that we will like it just fine but I do have a couple of questions. Even with the knob adjustment closed all the way there is a slight stream of water coming out of the head. Is that normal? Did I maybe miss something on the install although it sure seemed to be pretty simple and straightforward? Also, is everyone just using the original bracket for storage when not in use? It doesn't seem very secure as it was not made for it but I spose it could work.

Every shower head I've used that has a built-in shutoff trickles a bit.  Partly to remind you that its still on, partly to keep the hot water flowing a little so it doesn't cool off.

Thanks Doug. Yeah, I did a search on older posts and everyone seemed to confirm that is part of the design.

I was worried about enough hot water in our 171, but we had no problems with it.  My daughter and I both showered within 20 minutes of eachother and had plenty.  We did what others have mentioned, (wet down, shut water off, soap up, turn water on to rinse), but I also found that the hot water alone is so scalding hot that we only need the hot faucet turned on a little bit with more cold water added to get a hot shower.  Also, we have short hair-I will say that this helped too.  As for my husband, he can take a 60 second shower and be squeaky clean...amazing.  Must be because he's a firefighter and has learned to take quick showers before the alarm goes off!
