Furnace/Battery Help and Black Water tank

I have a 2010 model, does not have the nozzles. I bet Forest River paid heed to the problem and installed them.I have just put Calgon and recommended water in both grey and black tanks. Added a cup of low suds Tide to black tank also. Going out tomorrow to camp hope the jiggle there will start the process at least. AGAIN, this forum has such good advice. Plan to do the process 3 times while moving around. Will report on progress

Our Walmart superstore did not have the Calgon, but Kroger and Food City in this area had it.
