Hello,
We just purchased our Pod!!

we have been lurking on this site for a while during the time that we were researching travel trailers.  With all of the helpful information here, we decided that the R Pod was the right choice.  We were able to find a barely used(2 or 3 times) 2009 173 unit near us that we just purchased.

We have been tent and van camping for 35 years.  We have just retired and are looking forward now to more traveling and adventures.  We love to canoe, bike and hike among other activities.  I am an avid woodworker and greatly appreciate all of the great modification ideas I've gotten here.  I really hope to make our Pod personal and unique.

Thanks to all of the posting podders who have helped us .  We look forward to being active members of the forum and share some of our ideas and modifications.

WELCOME Pod People I know you are going to have a fun time. We just purchased ours early this summer and we have had a ball. In the middle of those hot afternoons you can pile up in the comfort of the AC and watch a movie, read a book or take a nap. What a way to enjoy the great out doors. Happy Podding. Clark

Welcome Vann and Laura, our new Pod People.  I think many of us also "lurked" before we joined  the forum.  It's a great way to learn.  Happy Podding!  And welcome to the forum.
