Have just finished winterizing all the lines in the Pod.  But now I'm left with a question.

The newer Pods come standard with an external Black Tank Flush system that connects externally at the dump station.  I'm thinking I need to run some antifreeze through that line as well wouldn't you think?

If so I guess I'll run the line from the garage sink on our 181g to the Black Tank Flush and then pump some antifreeze through it that way.

Does everyone thing that line probably needs some antifreeze in it also?

I found this information on another forum and it makes sense that this would be the case with the Pod.  I've also noticed that water does drain from the flush connection after you remove the hose also but just want opinions still if anyone has one.

It’s not necessary to winterize the flush line to the black tank as there is a back flow prevention valve that will let air in at the top of the valve after the hose is disconnected & then part of the water drains out at the hose connection & the other part drains in to the tank, so there should be no water in the lines if all works as it should.

Makes sense, just like the shower hose which has a drain-back valve at the base.
