That's easy to fix.....just post 5 more times and you will become a "Senior" member! LOL  (You become a Groupie at 50 posts and a Senior at 100, I think, - the program does this)

The problem I have in posting pictures is that it will not accept a file over 500KB.  This is kind of hard in that even my modest camera produces files in the 1.5 - 2.0MB area.  I crop&save, crop&save, crop& save until about 1/4 of the original picture remains....not the best solution.  As furpod suggests, a lot of folks like to use Photobucket.  If you do it the way I do, once the picture is uploaded, you will want to resize it to display well in the post.  I have found something in the 500-600 (H & W) fits well on the page.

One more try    ...

Looks like this time it worked. I think the gap I am talking about is obvious, but just in case I put a small torpedo level on the floor pointing at it. The slide-out is in the outward most position. There is an identical gap at the bed side of this cabinet section but the area is a tad tight to get in for a photo.

So    ...is this normal ?? Doesn't seem so to me. If FR won't fix it I am going to make a small wooden panel and stain it to match the rest of the cabinetry.

When our slide is all the way out the two pieces of wood touch.  The slide touches the wood there next to the understorage beneath it.

From my perspective at least I'd think that your slide isn't going all the way out.  Not that something is missing trim wise?!?

Confused  Dunno but like Hodge-Podge mentioned ours doesn't have the gap either.

===============

Do you suppose you could post a picture similar to the one I posted of your unit with the slide-out in the fully lutward position ? Might come in handy in convincing the dealer there's an issue here. Pretty sure the service mgr sees and agrees with me that there is something wrong    ....but a picture is worth 1000 words and I am 2 hours (each way) from the dealership. Not exactly a hop, skip and a jump but I'll drag the Pod down there if necessary.

Thanks in advance,

Mark J

Thanks a million. Npw the dealer will know I'm not making this stuff up - - not that he does, mind you. But it's hard to dispute this type of visual comparison.

Thanks again,

Have you tried bringing yours in and looking behind it? maybe you can see something that is hanging up? You can even remove the two lower panels, (8 screws) and lay there while someone else runs it in and out and see what it's hanging up on?? Could be worth the trouble with a 2 hour haul each way... could be, and in fact I would bet it is, something simple.
