Hello There!!

We just took delivery of our new toy this week and are ready to head out to a state park this weekend. Being completely new to camping in a trailer, we are sticking close to home and just staying one night.  Any suggestions for the newest of the new??  Star

Thanks in advance for any ideas or suggestions!  We are so excited and looking forward to checking out the rest of the forum!

First of all welcome!! There are so many things you will learn the more you camp, my advice is just to read the generic manual that comes with your Pod and try to learn how all the systems work.  There is a ton of knowledge and wisdom here in this forum and specific answers are available for the asking. But I will give one warning that comes to mind, be sure to fill your water heater before you turn on the power switch to the electrical element! And most of all, have fun!!Smile

As above. We always run the hot water tap before we turn the water heater on.
My suggestion is bring a notepad, and enjoy your pod!
Ready to pod around!

Wow! What a friendly bunch!! Thanks for all the tips and suggestions.
We look forward to getting to know the group a little better! Headed
out in the morning. I'm sure we have a Ron of questions after a night
in "the woods" of NW Washington!

As with everyone else, have a wonderful time!  We're going to go visit our pod today and measure the windows for curtains, but we won't be camping in her for another couple of months.
